The pool and bar area was very nice. We were very lucky that we were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral while hanging out at the pool! We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. We loved the convenience of parking our car in the lot near the hotel for our cruise the next day.

This was a wonderful hotel . I really like the big rooms and the tiki bar. The live DJ was good but needs to play a variety of music. I thought the swimming pool was excellent. The food was delicious as well.

The bar tender at the inside bar was super, very nice and attentive. Parking was easy. Our room was great loved the closet but could have used a dresser

The staff was professional and very friendly. The pool area was awesome --- great tiki bar --- great food --- great service. The room was away from the pool in a very quiet and pretty area of the hotel. The room was a nice size, furniture was a bit worn, bathroom clean and acceptablel, bed and beddig excellent --- we slept very well! It was exciting that we almost saw Terran 1 launch --- it didn't, but the excitement was still fun to be part of! We went to the dining room expecting to be eable to order a la carte from the menu, but it was only Buffet. We decided to stay anyway. The lovely gentleman at the Omelet Dtation was awesome and our omelets were delicious and hot. the rest of the buffet was also very good ---juice, toast, fruit --- and the Dining Room is very pretty in the morning looking out to the pool!

Wonderful experience! I have a family of 5 we had lost our keys on the cruise we had just gotten off of. I booked online because it was close to the port. We came in at 10am -Brooke at the front desk was AMAZING!! I explained to her what had happened and asked is there anyway she could help us get into a room quickly (we all had luggage with no where to go bc the new keys couldn’t be made to the next day). Brooke checked us right in! Our room was amazing! The pool was amazing! We went to the tiki bar ordered food which was great then were able to spend the rest of the day by the pool. Thank you Brooke and radisson for making our stressful day so much better!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

The pool was great and the desk staff were very helpful & prompt when we had any questions or requests. The room was a decent size and also quiet.
